This is an exciting opportunity to work with a global industry leader and play a key role in upgrading its Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system (to Microsoft Dynamics 365), by providing efficient and effective business analysis relating to the implementation of CRM software (Microsoft D365 CE).

 

Established for thirty-five years and admitted into the Australian Export Awards Hall of Fame in 2009 our Toowoomba-based client, Russell Mineral Equipment Pty Ltd (RME), is the acknowledged world leader in grinding Mill Relining Systems. As an original equipment manufacturer, RME’s core competencies include quality design and manufacture as well as global distribution, after-sales service and mill relining services. Via a network of wholly-owned international subsidiaries, the organisation supports customers in more than 50 countries.

 

Integral to the ongoing development of the organisation's enterprise platform, the opportunity now exists for an experienced Business Analyst to provide analysis and sales process oversight to the global sales team in the area of CRM/CE implementation, systems and process management.

 

As a subject matter expert on evaluation, development and implementation of D365 CE and its associated processes, in this role you will report to the Group Manager - Information Systems and work closely with the Sales Process Manager, Senior Applications Analyst Programmer and other relevant internal and external stakeholders to: provide leadership in the application of D365 CE functions to support RME’s Sales process; evaluate D365 CE functions and technologies; support the development of RME’s Sales process; capture business requirements and align them to D365 functionality; work with D365 CE technical consultants to implement business requirements; create both technical and business documentation relating to RME’s Sales process; provide project management to the RME Sales function for the development of the CRM; develop a roadmap for the RME CE/CRM; develop and maintain sales processes including data analytics and insights that promote sales of RME products globally; and associated reporting.

 

Your success in this challenging and rewarding role will be underpinned by your: significant CRM implementation/project management experience; excellent stakeholder engagement, change management and facilitation skills; demonstrated knowledge of a leading project management methodology; strong written and verbal communication skills; effective planning, prioritisation and follow-through skills; and your flexible, open and pragmatic 'people and process' approach.

 

Relevant experience is required and related qualifications/certification, experience with D365 CE and Power Apps (or mobility), and in a medium-sized multinational company context will be well regarded.

 

This is a full-time contract role, the duration of which is anticipated to be approximately 24 months.

 

It is anticipated that the successful candidate will work predominantly remotely, however, on-site visits in Toowoomba may be required and applicants must currently reside, and be permitted to work, in Australia.
