Reporting to the Managing Director, in this role you will work with the Management Team and the Finance & Administration Team to position the business for planned and sustained growth into the future.
In doing so, you will manage all aspects of enhancing and maintaining a robust, accurate and timely finance & administration function, including: team management & development; management accounting; management information systems oversight; financial & management reporting; regulatory compliance & statutory reporting; cash flow management & forecasting; budgeting co-ordination; contracts administration; risk management; and administration.
Your focus on making meaningful decision support information available and your ability to contribute strategically in both a financial and general business sense, while effectively maintaining the day-to-day operations of the finance function, will underpin your success in this rewarding role.
Relevant tertiary qualifications, significant experience within a management accounting role and the ability to demonstrate a pragmatic, hands-on approach are essential. CA/CPA certification and experience in a manufacturing environment will be highly regarded.
