Based in the Brisbane (CBD) office, and reporting to both the Managing Director and Business Development Manager, in this role you will work as an integral part of both the business development and operations teams, and take responsibility for client co-ordination, team co-ordination and an element of business development.
This will require you to work collaboratively with key internal and external stakeholders prior to, during and after each engagement/project to: understand the requirements of each project; align the most suitable team members to maximise client satisfaction and outcomes; induct, coach and support team members to ensure they have the capability and resources to deliver exceptional client service; assist with business development including liaising with clients, preparing proposals and preparing confirmations of engagement etc; and assisting the human resources function to further develop team capability.
Key to the above will be your ability to develop and maintain close working relationships (both internally and externally), exceptional organisational and time management skills, attention to detail, sound office administration skills, and uncompromising client service ethic.
It may be that your experience in a similar role has been gained within a professional services (e.g. engineering or legal), construction, software, IT&T, capital equipment or other related environment, however, it is expected that you will have direct experience in client services/customer engagement and be able to demonstrate a detailed knowledge of tendering and bid management.
Relevant qualifications are not essential although will be well regarded, and our client is an equal opportunity employer.
