Integral to the firm’s continued growth plans, the opportunity now exists for a Senior Civil Engineer to provide technical leadership and oversight of a variety of Civil Engineering projects. This will involve: extensive client liaison; design project management; hands-on civil design; co-ordination of structural and hydraulic design; supervision and development of Engineers and Draftspersons; and associated monitoring, evaluation, reporting and improvement.

Significant experience (preferably 5+ years) in a civil engineering environment (ideally in a consulting engineering context), excellent written and oral communication skills, strong knowledge of Australian Standards, proficiency with contemporary civil design software (preferably Civil 3D, 12d & AutoCAD), and demonstrated ability to manage multiple engineering projects simultaneously is required.
 

Demonstrated application of a customer-centric approach to service delivery, experience in mentoring engineers to improve technical proficiency, and experience with superintendence on civil and land development projects would be a distinct advantage.
 

A degree qualification in Civil Engineering and current (or substantial progress towards attainment of) CPEng/RPEQ certification is required.
