Progressive & Growing Boutique Firm

Excellent Salary, Conditions & Career Potential

Would you enjoy the opportunity to undertake challenging work for a portfolio of successful commercial clients without the barriers and constant pressures often presented by large traditional practices?

Are you: the type of person who is motivated by playing a key role in developing a practice that adds real value to its clients’ operations; someone with a pragmatic approach who likes to see the results of their efforts; someone who enjoys working directly with clients and appreciates the opportunity to demonstrate their skills? How about working in a flexible and relaxed but professional environment that values quality service, integrity, results and a sustainable approach? Would you like to be respected, valued, supported, developed, rewarded and included? Are you interested in progressing your career?

Yes? Then how about this for a proposition?

As an equal opportunity employer, our client is a progressive and highly successful boutique practice that specialises in workplace, litigation & dispute resolution, business, property, structuring, intellectual property and building & construction law. Having experienced significant growth over recent years, and with ambitious plans for the future, an opportunity now exists for you to join its busy Workplace Law Team.

You are an astute legal professional who has, say, four to six years post admission experience. You are commercially savvy, a strong communicator, have a positive ‘can do’ attitude, are a team player and would relish the opportunity to develop yourself and your career to a point limited only by you.

A professional relationship between yourself and our client could prove to be the best career decision you’ve ever made and one of the best business decisions the firm has ever made.

Add to that the relaxed but vibrant and family-friendly environment featuring truly world-class education, health, recreation and cultural facilities that the garden city of Toowoomba has to offer, and life looks pretty good.

Situated on the edge of the picturesque Great Dividing Range, less than 1.5 hours west of Brisbane and only two hours from both the Gold and Sunshine Coasts (and with direct flights daily to Sydney and Melbourne), Toowoomba is Australia’s largest inland provincial city with 160,000 residents and one of South East Queensland’s best kept secrets.
