This is an exciting opportunity to work with a global industry leader and play a key role in upgrading its Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system (to Microsoft Dynamics 365), by providing efficient and effective analysis relating to the implementation of Customer Engagement software (Microsoft D365 CE).
Established for more than thirty-five years and admitted into the Australian Export Awards Hall of Fame our Toowoomba-based client, Russell Mineral Equipment Pty Ltd (RME), is the acknowledged world leader in grinding Mill Relining Systems. As an original equipment manufacturer, RME’s core competencies include quality design and manufacture as well as global distribution, after-sales service and mill relining services. Via a network of wholly-owned international subsidiaries, the organisation supports customers in more than 64 countries.
Integral to the ongoing development of the organisation's enterprise platform (RME365), the opportunity now exists for an experienced Analyst to take responsibility for understanding RME’s business requirements and proposing appropriate solutions requiring minimal customisation of the D365 CE application.
Reporting directly to the General Manager - RME365 (GM), and in collaboration with relevant internal and external stakeholders, in this role you will participate throughout all project stages including analysis, design, development, testing and support. This will involve: working with implementation consultants and RME subject matter experts to ensure proper configuration; assisting with data migration, functional design decisions and documentation; end-to-end testing and user acceptance testing; assisting the RME Solution Architect to manage design and configuration changes related to the SCM modules; troubleshooting complex configuration issues; assisting the RME Solution Architect and RME business owners to integrate relevant independent software vendors (ISV) with D365; identifying continuous improvement areas pre and post ‘go live’ for Sales / Marketing functions; identifying ways to standardise and implement best practices; guiding the design of training material and delivery of training and assessment of users capability post ‘go live’; supporting training and process change management; and associated reporting.
Your success in this challenging and rewarding role will be underpinned by your: Functional or Business Analysis experience in the field of CRM/CE implementations or use; experience with D365 CE; excellent stakeholder engagement, change leadership and facilitation skills; demonstrated project management ability; strong written and verbal communication skills; proficiency with the MS Office suite, including MS Project; relevant tertiary qualifications; and your flexible, open and pragmatic approach.
MS Dynamics 365 Certification, experience delivering CRM/CE Implementation projects (specifically MS Dynamics), and experience with MS Dynamics (AX to 365) and mobile applications and/or Power Apps will be well regarded.
This is a permanent, full-time role, however, a contract appointment may also be considered.
